So i said i would do this once a week... i said that like four months ago... and i have posted a grand total of 4 times when this is up... Oh well i guess you get what you get.
As for whats been going on, The semester ended i got all As and Bs and then i got to undergo the wonderful operation of getting my teeth pulled. It really wasn't so bad other than missing out on steak for Mothers day, but i got over it rather quickly and wasn't totally stuck in bed for longer than about 18 hours, after that i just got up and walked around for a few hours, It was kinda nice having all that time to relax, even though i did NOTHING constructive.
After coming home (Brian's house) I knew i needed to get a job to make money so i could survive another school year. The first thing i needed to do however was to get information from my earlier jobs so that i would have people to use as references and i would know who to use as my supervisor in any applications, It took awhile but i got it all together in about a day. After getting it all i decided to use it all in my first app to make sure i had everything i would need. so i applied at wal-mart as my test app. They had never so much all called me back before so i figured i wouldn't wind up getting a job there but it was best to apply anyway just incase. Well it was good i did because i got a call back the very next day to come in for an interview. two days after applying i was hired. Now several weeks later... i hate walmart... Not really surprising that that happened because they are a large company with somewhat stupid management but what ever, its there company to run as they wish.
During the time i have worked at wal-mart i have gotten to know a few of my coworkers Paul mainly, hes an IT guy so hes even more of a geek than i am, which makes for some interesting conversations. But being that he almost has a bachelors degree in IT hes not all that happy working at a job like wal-mart, i don't blame him. But he gives me an interesting person to talk to... even if our conversations grow more and more towards the insane... such as voodoo shelves attacking us and how best to cook said shelves to eat, and how to make home made alcohol in a prison cell using nothing but fruits and a toilet... He says it would help you survive the years of incarceration... I say If your that desperate you should just ask for the chair... its a lot more humane than his idea... but what ever the case we have fun during extremely boring days... which most are.
As for my home life Andi has been working just like me and our weekends only somewhat line up so we don't get to spend a ton of time together but we still get to see each other so we have been surviving, lots of talk of marriage the past few weeks I have been saving up for a ring and Andi knows it, I told her at some point i want to go out looking for said ring with her and see if i can find a better deal than what i find online, Perhaps not but who knows. I feel rather cheep but i really am rather poor, and i want to get her the best ring possible so looking for a good deal is part of that. I just hope shes not annoyed with my thriftiness.
Tomorrow is Friday! not for you but for me it is! its actually Thursday but my set up lets me off Friday Saturday so i get a partial weekend with Andi, which is nice. im going down to stillwater tomorrow night probably so that i can spend as much time with Andi as possible. I really miss her when shes not around so i do my best to see her when ever and for as long as possible.
well thats about it for now i guess, my life is rather boring right now, just working all day and sleeping the rest of the time. I have been trying to eat better than i used to, by way of drinking lots of smoothies and eating more protean and i think its helped but im really tired at present so i guess its time to call it quits on this blog, hope you enjoyed reading my ramblings about my life.
